This endoscopic technique, which is necessary for the study and inspection of the lower and upper urinary tract, is routinely performed with rigid instrumentation, which is not known to be particularly liked by patients. Therefore, without sacrificing the diagnostic accuracy of rigid cystoscopy, endoscopic inspection of the urinary tract can be performed using a painless, rapid technique with minimal preparation and brief anesthesia care.
