Reporting malfeasance
Eurosanità S.p.a., in order to comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, has adopted this procedure to inform all stakeholders that it has set up a platform that allows them to send reports, including anonymously, regarding violations of national and European Union regulatory provisions that may harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company, unlawful conduct relevant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 or violations of the Company’s Organization, Management and Control Model.
