Sead Kolašinac, defender for Atalanta and the Bosnian national team, has undergone ACL surgery at the Villa Stuart Private Clinic in Rome.
The footballer had sustained a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament, associated with a radial tear of the lateral meniscus of the left knee, during the match against Bologna.
The arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery, performed by Professor Pier Paolo Mariani, was completely successful. Kolašinac has therefore immediately begun his recovery and rehabilitation program.
