Conservative Spinal Orthopedics
Conservative spinal orthopedics is the branch of orthopedics that deals with the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of pathologies and injuries affecting the spinal column.
It is the non-invasive alternative to surgery and in fact the objective, where possible, is to avoid surgical intervention and provide the patient with tools to actively manage their long-term health.

PATHOLOGIES
Treats conditions that can compromise spinal functionality, such as:

TREATMENT
Treats conditions that can compromise spinal functionality, such as:
- Pharmacological treatments

- postural exercises to strengthen muscles, improve posture and restore mobility
- strengthening, stabilization and stretching exercises
- instrumental therapy: tecar therapy, laser therapy, TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation)
- manual therapy and spinal mobilization -
Orthotic device treatments:
external devices that provide support and stabilization (e.g. braces and corsets) specific to the pathology and spinal level involved -
