On Wednesday, May 13, Prof. Mariani successfully operated on Nurlykhan Sharkhan, a judoka for the Kazakhstan national team in the 100 kg category.
The athlete underwent surgery for the reconstruction of the posterior cruciate ligament of the left knee and completed an initial physiotherapy cycle of approximately 3 weeks at Villa Stuart.
