Surgeon specialized in Cardiology at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” in 1995.
Since being a medical student, he has been an intern at the Chair of Cardiology at Tor Vergata and subsequently at the Cardiology Division of Asti, the Cardiology Division of S. Filippo Neri in Rome, and currently at the Policlinico Casilino in Rome. He actively and practically deals with cardiac arrhythmias with specific expertise in arrhythmia diagnosis, specific pharmacological therapy, implantation and management of pacemakers and defibrillators, execution of invasive electrophysiological studies and transcatheter ablations, and the use of computer systems dedicated to the study of arrhythmias. He has personally performed about 3,000 invasive procedures and hundreds of anti-tachycardia and anti-bradycardia device implants.
