Dr. Stefano Lino, born in 1968, graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” with highest honors (110/110 cum laude) in 1995, and at the same university in 2000 he obtained his Specialization in Cardiology with highest honors.
From 1990 to 1998, he carried out clinical and research activities in various centers, also as a scholarship recipient.
In 2002, he became Assistant Cardiologist at the Cardiology Department of Aurelia Hospital, where he worked as a medical Cardiology assistant in the Complex Operating Unit of ICCU and Cardiology.
In 2005, he became Professor of Human Physiology for the Physical Therapy degree program at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Pontine campus.
In 2014, he received a teaching appointment in echocardiography for the Master’s program in Internal Medicine Ultrasound and Extended-F.A.S.T. Ultrasound.
In 2016, he became Assistant Cardiologist at the ICCU/Cardiology Complex Operating Unit of Policlinico Casilino in Rome, where he first served as coordinator of the Cardiovascular Imaging Area
and IT network development supervisor, and subsequently, from 2019, he held the position of Head of the Coronary Intensive Care Unit until September 2024. Since 2024, he has been Assistant Cardiologist at Villa Stuart Private Clinic in Rome.
