Dr. Giorgia Soreca graduated in Medicine and Surgery with a grade of 110/110 from the “Catholic University of the Sacred Heart – Agostino Gemelli University Hospital” in Rome, presenting an experimental thesis: “Fetal outcome in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy: literature review and case series from the Obstetric Pathology Division”.
She specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart-Rome in 2002, with a grade of 50/50 summa cum laude. After graduation, she continued to attend the Obstetric and Gynecological Clinic of the “A. Gemelli” Hospital, attendance that had already begun previously and continued until 2008.
In particular, Dr. Giorgia Soreca focused on Obstetric Pathology and Obstetrics, prenatal diagnosis, general gynecology and gynecological oncology; during these years, she also published numerous scientific papers, exploring the following topics: obstetric and gynecological ultrasound; obstetric pathology (liver pathology, diabetic pathology, autoimmune diseases, hypertensive pathology, recurrent pregnancy loss, cardiotocography in physiological and pathological pregnancies).
Furthermore, she participated in several intensive courses in obstetric and gynecological ultrasound, each lasting several months.
Since December 16, 2002, she has collaborated with the Gynecology and Obstetrics Division of Tor Vergata Hospital, primarily managing the obstetrics and general gynecology outpatient clinic.
