Yesterday, Thursday, June 18, Dr. Enrico Ceccarelli operated on Gleb Azarov, a Russian-born Kazakh judoka.
The young athlete underwent the Latarjet procedure to treat chronic instability and recurrent dislocations of the right shoulder.
Azarov, an Asian Junior Champion and considered one of the most promising judokas on the international scene, was discharged this morning and will return for a check-up in one month to begin his physiotherapy program at our facility.
