Davide Zappacosta underwent surgical reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament of the right knee, following an injury sustained during training with AS Roma.
The operation, performed in the afternoon by Professor Pier Paolo Mariani at Villa Stuart Clinic, was technically successful.
